Initial Visit
Your initial visit is a comprehensive appointment designed to give us a full picture of your feeding journey. We'll observe a feeding, assess milk transfer with a weighted feed (scale accurate to 2g), and complete a thorough history for both you and your baby. We work through any questions or concerns together.

Follow-Up Visit
Follow-up visits are designed to check in on your progress and make sure your care plan is working for you. We'll observe a feeding, assess milk transfer with a weighted feed, and revisit any questions or concerns that have come up. Adjustments to your care plan will be made as needed.

Pumping & Flange Sizing
Whether you're looking to optimize your setup or just need a little troubleshooting, this visit covers everything you need to pump effectively and comfortably. We'll walk through how to use your pump, find your optimal flange sizing, and address any concerns with output or comfort so you feel confident every time you pump.

Back to Work
Heading back to work doesn't have to mean the end of your feeding journey. This visit is dedicated to setting you up for a smooth transition. We'll put together a pumping schedule that fits your work routine, go over milk storage, output goals, and cover strategies for maintaining your supply so you can feel confident heading back.

Weaning Support
Weaning looks different for every family, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. This visit is dedicated to creating a gradual weaning plan that feels right for you and your baby.
